Job Description
Insight Global is seeking an Instructional Designer to develop engaging, performance-based training solutions for Pilots. This role is heavily focused on creating interactive eLearning content in Articulate Storyline and prefers experience designing training within highly regulated industries.
The ideal candidate will possess strong adult learning expertise, exceptional instructional design skills, and the ability to independently develop high-quality learning experiences while collaborating with SMEs and training leadership

• 2+ years of instructional design experience in a regulated environment

• Strong expertise with Articulate 360 Suite
o Articulate Storyline (required)
o Rise
• Portfolio showcasing:
o Storyline development
o Interactive learning experiences
o Performance-based instructional design
o Adult learning principles
• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning & Development, Communications, or related field
• Experience manipulating and enhancing images using Canva or similar tools
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
