Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Salesforce Techno-Functional Salesforce Architect to support a multi-national power management client of ours. This resource would to serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams. This individual will play a critical role in documenting current-state processes, designing future-state solutions, and translating business needs into scalable Salesforce capabilities. The ideal candidate combines business analysis, process improvement, functional solution design, stakeholder engagement, and Salesforce expertise to help drive enterprise-wide transformation initiatives. The resource must be comfortable leading discovery sessions, challenging assumptions, and influencing business leaders while maintaining a strong understanding of how technology solutions support broader organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Analysis & Process Design
• Lead discovery workshops and stakeholder interviews to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Assess current-state business processes and identify opportunities for optimization and automation.
• Develop future-state process flows, business requirements, use cases, and functional specifications.
• Facilitate alignment between business objectives and technology solutions.
• Drive requirements prioritization and ensure business outcomes remain the focus throughout project delivery.
Salesforce Solution Design
• Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions and functional designs.
• Partner with developers, architects, and platform teams to ensure successful implementation.
• Provide recommendations on Salesforce platform capabilities, configuration options, and best practices.
• Support solution design across Salesforce ecosystems, including integrations with ERP and other enterprise platforms.
• Assist in evaluating the impact of proposed solutions across multiple business functions and user groups.
Stakeholder Management
• Serve as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders and leadership teams.
• Facilitate discussions between technical and non-technical audiences.
• Present recommendations, requirements, and solution approaches to stakeholders at various organizational levels.
• Manage complex stakeholder dynamics and navigate competing priorities effectively.
• Build strong relationships while maintaining alignment on project goals and deliverables.
Enterprise Solution Support
• Contribute to enterprise-scale initiatives impacting multiple business units and user populations.
• Assess downstream impacts of process and technology changes.
• Support cross-functional teams throughout project lifecycles, from discovery through implementation and adoption.
• Help ensure solutions are aligned with broader organizational strategies and operating models.

Required Skills & Experience
• 10+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Functional Consulting, Solution Design, or related roles.
• Strong Salesforce platform experience in a functional or techno-functional capacity.
• Experience gathering requirements and translating business needs into system solutions.
• Proven expertise in process mapping, workflow design, and business process improvement.
• Experience supporting enterprise-scale implementations and transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of CRM platforms and business process design.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to engage effectively with executive leadership, business stakeholders, and technical teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Salesforce Field Service experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, or related Salesforce products.
• ERP platform exposure (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).
• Experience working in environments with complex system integrations.
• Salesforce certifications are a plus but not required.
• Consulting or enterprise transformation experience preferred.
