NO TRAVEL
This role focuses on optimizing claims processing, edits, and durable medical equipment (DME) workflows within the billing function. The individual will play a key role in driving automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and streamline billing operations. This is a fully remote position with no client travel required. Day-to-day responsibilities include partnering closely with billing operational leadership to identify high-priority client needs. The role also involves building and improving Epic functionality, developing metrics and monitoring tools, and resolving system and process issues.
