Job Description

We are seeking a Technical Analyst to support formula transformation, data validation, and system integration activities across global GLS initiatives. This role is critical in ensuring data accuracy, alignment to global standards, and seamless integration across platforms. The ideal candidate brings a strong analytical mindset, experience working with data and systems, and the ability to bridge technical and business teams.

Hourly: $50-$65hr

Required Skills & Experience

Experience in data analysis, technical business analysis, or system integration roles
Strong working knowledge of relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle, or similar) and data querying
Understanding of ETL processes and data transformation concepts
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
Ability to interpret complex data structures and translate business needs into technical requirements

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience within process manufacturing or regulated environments
Exposure to enterprise data migration or transformation initiatives
Familiarity with data governance and quality frameworks
Proven ability to work cross-functionally with both technical teams and business stakeholders
