Pay Rate

$120k - $150k (estimate)

Job Description

Design and support electronic systems across the full product lifecycle, including new development and sustaining efforts
Partner cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Quality, and Manufacturing teams
Support electronics manufacturing and test, including occasional supplier visits
Lead circuit design, analysis, testing, and troubleshooting efforts
Drive continuous improvement of designs, processes, and tools
Provide technical guidance and mentor junior team members
Prepare and deliver high-quality technical documentation and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
Communicate effectively with customers and suppliers while handling sensitive information appropriately

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering
8+ years of hands-on experience in electronic design and testing
Strong experience with circuit analysis, PCB layouts, and IPC standards
Background in manufacturing test and troubleshooting
Experience with DO-160 EMC requirements

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience with tools such as Altium, Jira, DOORS, MATLAB, LabVIEW, LTSpice, or pSPICE
Proven ability to work across cross-functional and global teams
Experience in diverse or multicultural environments
Comfortable challenging the status quo and driving improvement
