Job Description

Position Overview
The Investor Relations Specialist plays a critical role in supporting our Dispositions team by identifying and qualifying investor buyers, maintaining an organized database, and helping drive successful property sales.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment, is comfortable with high-volume outreach, and is excited to learn the real estate investment business from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

Prospect daily for new cash and institutional buyers through phone, text, email, and social platforms
Conduct structured qualification calls to assess buyer criteria, funding capacity, and timelines
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems, including tagging and segmenting buyer profiles
Organize buyers by geography, property type, price range, and investment strategy
Meet or exceed weekly KPIs, including call volume, conversations, and new qualified buyers added
Assist in building targeted email and SMS marketing campaigns for property releases
Coordinate property walkthroughs with qualified buyers and internal team members
Gather and document post-showing feedback to improve marketing and sales efforts
Perform routine database maintenance, including cleaning and deduplication
Respond promptly to inbound inquiries via phone, text, and email
Participate in ongoing training, role-playing, and coaching sessions
Support additional team projects and administrative tasks as needed

Compensation 50,000k

Required Skills & Experience

Qualifications

High School Diploma required; Associate’s degree (or in progress) preferred
0–2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or call center environments
Real estate, property management, or mortgage exposure is a plus
Familiarity with CRM tools (Podio, Salesforce, or similar) and Google Workspace preferred
