Position Overview
The Acquisitions Manager is responsible for managing inbound and self-generated leads, building relationships with property owners, and negotiating purchase agreements. This individual will play a critical role in driving revenue by converting leads into signed deals.

Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly to all incoming leads and inquiries
Schedule, conduct, and manage appointments with property owners
Negotiate mutually beneficial agreements to successfully close deals
Build strong rapport with sellers to overcome objections and drive conversions
Proactively generate new leads through outbound calling and local prospecting efforts
Consistently manage and follow up on leads to ensure a strong pipeline
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system
Stay organized and disciplined with follow-ups until deals are closed
Meet and exceed individual sales targets and performance expectations
Qualifications
Strong sales mindset with a high level of competitiveness and urgency
Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal presence
Ability to connect quickly with a wide range of personalities
Passion for sales and relationship-building
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Strong phone skills, including setting and closing appointments
Ability to quickly learn and effectively use CRM and real estate technology platforms
Team-oriented mindset with a desire to contribute to overall business success
