Job Description
This position is responsible for the overall direction, monitoring execution, completion, and budget of a project.
This individual will be responsible for the project planning and to coordinate all project activities to ensure that the goals or objectives of a project are accomplished on schedule, within budget, and with quality results that meet or exceed the customer expectation.
The project activities will include but are not limited to requirements definition, solution design, quality assurance testing, solution implementation, issue and risk management, managing effective relationships with the customer, IT and third-party vendors and project closure. This position requires the management of multiple minor to major enterprise projects or teams simultaneously while coordinating resources across the company and third-party vendors to effectively deliver the solution.
This position will be the liaison between the customer and IT when delivering the solution.

Required Skills & Experience
Experience Level: Mid-level (not entry, not senior)
Must-Haves:
Ability to write SQL queries and understand data structures — not writing queries all day, but enough to analyze what data exists in the system, how it needs to change, and what is being captured
Experience working with application development teams or infrastructure implementations — needs to understand the language and process flow of IT projects
Ability to write clear requirements for software development teams
IT background preferred — but open to candidates from adjacent industries (e.g., healthcare/Cleveland Clinic) if they understand data flow
Day-to-day:
Support (handling issues, on-call rotation) - 30%
Writing Requirements (software development) - 30%
Project Management - 30%
Other (documentation, training meetings, etc.) - 10%
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
PMP certification nice to have, not required
Traveling up to 20% to support hyper care period post release
