Job Description
Desktop Support Analysts are responsible for providing technical assistance with computer hardware and software to Kokosing team members.
• They are also responsible for processing work orders, email, and phone calls.
• They will support Microsoft Windows 10/11 desktops, laptops, software, printers, scanners, basic network issues, mobile devices (Android/iOS), and other assorted technology.

-2 to 5 years of experience as a support technician
Strong understanding of:
o Microsoft Windows 10/11
o Microsoft Office Software
o Computer hardware
o Computer peripherals
o Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager
o ServiceNow
o Printers
o Basic Networking Concepts
o Basic Identity and Access Management (MS Active Directory)
o Mobile Devices
o Excellent communicator
