Job Description

The Project Manager will lead a cross-functional consulting team and serve as the primary point of coordination with client stakeholders. This role requires a strong leader who can drive execution, improve processes, and ensure project milestones are met in a fast-paced, highly visible environment.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree (Engineering preferred, but open to other fields)
• 5+ years of Project/Program Management experience
• Experience managing a team (ideally 5+ direct or indirect reports)
• Background in utilities or energy industry
• Experience managing complex programs or portfolios
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Comfortable interfacing with external customers/stakeholders
• Technically savvy with ability to work across tools/systems
• Proven “go-getter” mentality with strong ownership and accountability
