Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a CMM Programmer to support inspection and quality operations within an MRO environment for aerospace components. This role will focus on offline programming and supporting the inspection of complex, engine-critical parts, including rotating components. Other responsibilities include:
• Develop and execute offline CMM programs using PC-DMIS and/or MODUS
• Inspect and validate complex aerospace repair parts, including engine-critical rotating components
• Perform dimensional inspections including:
o Drop dimensions
o Diameters
o (Nice to have) True position measurements
• Review and interpret engineering drawings and specifications using GD&T
• Collaborate with shop floor teams to:
o Run programs on CMM equipment
o Perform correlation activities to validate program accuracy
• Support quality and inspection processes across MRO operations
Shift is 7am – 3pm.

Required Skills & Experience
-3+ years of CMM programming experience
-Hands-on experience with PC-DMIS and/or MODUS
-Strong understanding and application of GD&T
-Experience working with complex or tight-tolerance components
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
-Experience with MODUS
-Background in aerospace, MRO, or engine components
-Experience inspecting rotating hardware or engine-critical parts
