Job Description
• Design, develop, test, and support electrical systems and equipment for power generation and transmission
• Utilize computer-assisted engineering and design software to complete project deliverables
• Apply electrical engineering principles to support project goals and system performance
• Support installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of equipment
• Participate in site visits and field support activities (IN & MI)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including project managers, field crews, and other engineers

Required Skills & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
• 2+ years of engineering experience (ideally in utilities, power, or industrial environments)
• Ability to support field/site work and travel regionally
• Strong understanding of electrical systems and engineering fundamentals
