Insight Global is seeking a Finance Manager for a leading global organization in the horticulture and sustainable solutions space. This candidate will oversee core accounting and financial operations while leading a small team and partnering closely with executive leadership. The role plays a key part in driving financial performance, supporting strategic initiatives like ERP implementation, and optimizing finance processes across a global footprint. Day-to-Day:
• Lead and manage a team of 3 finance professionals
• Oversee accounting operations and maintain financial records
• Prepare and deliver financial and management reporting
• Drive financial planning and forecasting processes
• Manage credit control processes in collaboration with sales teams
• Coordinate cash flow, financing, and banking relationships
• Ensure timely tax filings and oversee audit processes
• Partner with internal stakeholders across departments
• Support ERP upgrades and finance process improvements
• Maintain relationships with auditors, banks, and external partners

Required Skills & Experience
Must-Haves:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (CPA preferred)
• 5+ years of experience in a comparable Finance/Accounting role
• Experience managing a small team (at least 3 direct reports)
• Strong knowledge of general ledger and GAAP compliance
• Experience with financial reporting, planning, and forecasting
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and in a high-demand environment
• Experience ensuring tax compliance and supporting audits
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Plusses:
• CPA certification
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Background in international/commercial organizations
• Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Supply Chain, and Operations
• Experience leading or supporting digital transformation initiatives (ERP migrations, AP workflow automation)
• Exposure to global finance teams and multi-entity environments
