Job Description
A Cincinnati-based organization is seeking a Transformation Internal Communications Specialist to support a large-scale technology rollout tied to its field operations.
This role will focus heavily on content creation, internal communications, and user engagement—ensuring employees understand, adopt, and effectively utilize new tools and resources.
This individual will play a key role in building and maintaining the company’s internal communications platform, serving as a central hub for project updates, training materials, and employee resources.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Messaging
• Develop clear, engaging, and audience-focused content for internal communications initiatives
• Write and edit posts, announcements, training materials, and supporting documentation
• Contribute to storytelling efforts that highlight adoption, success, and employee experience
Internal Platform Management
• Create and manage content on the company’s internal communications site
• Maintain a consistent publishing calendar to ensure timely and relevant updates
• Continuously enhance the platform as a resource hub for training, tools, and project awareness
Project Communications Support
• Partner with project managers to coordinate messaging and communication delivery across audiences
• Ensure the right communications reach the appropriate employee groups at the right time
• Support ongoing rollout efforts, including updates, enhancements, and new feature releases
Engagement & Feedback
• Develop and distribute surveys and feedback tools to measure communication effectiveness and user adoption
• Analyze feedback and adjust messaging and content strategies accordingly
• Support follow-up communications tied to insights and ongoing initiatives
Multimedia & Training Support
• Collaborate on video scripting and messaging for training and awareness content
• Support development of clear, digestible training materials (e.g., videos, guides, dashboards)

Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, English, or related field
- 3–7 years of experience in:
• Content writing, copywriting, or internal communications
• Supporting project-based communications or large-scale rollouts (change management)
- Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to simplify complex topics for broad audiences
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay aligned to a communication calendar
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Experience supporting technology rollouts or transformation initiatives
- Exposure to transportation, logistics, or field-based workforces
- Experience creating or supporting training content (videos, guides, etc.)
