Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to support a commercial property portfolio in Westlake, OH, including medical office spaces and restaurant/banquet facilities. This individual will play a critical role in maintaining building systems, responding to tenant needs, and ensuring a high-quality environment for occupants.
Key Responsibilities
Perform day-to-day maintenance across commercial properties, including medical practices and restaurant/banquet spaces
Troubleshoot and maintain HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems
Address temperature control and overheating issues, particularly within banquet center operations
Navigate and operate Building Automation Systems (BAS) and facility controls
Complete tenant service requests and assigned work orders in a timely manner
Perform general building upkeep and janitorial duties as needed
Collaborate closely with ownership and internal teams to maintain property standards

Required Skills & Experience
2+ years of maintenance experience (commercial preferred)
Experience with HVAC and MEP systems
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
Familiarity with BAS/building control systems strongly preferred
Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to work independently
Comfortable handling both maintenance and light janitorial responsibilities
Commercial property experience preferred; candidates from large residential/apartment complexes will also be considered
