Job Description

We are seeking a Software Developer (2+ years experience) to support the development and enhancement of Contact Center solutions, with a focus on outbound dialer platforms.
In this role, you will work alongside senior engineers to build and maintain the application and integration layer that connects dialer systems with enterprise platforms. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in building scalable systems that support customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
• Support development and enhancement of contact center applications and dialer-related services
• Assist in building and maintaining .NET APIs and backend services
• Help integrate dialer platforms with enterprise systems (customer data, policy systems, etc.)
• Contribute to features related to:
○ Lead ingestion and segmentation
○ Workflow processes
○ Campaign support and result tracking
• Assist with troubleshooting production issues and resolving bugs
• Support system performance and reliability improvements
• Collaborate with senior developers, business, and operations teams on new features
• Follow established coding standards and best practices
Continue learning and growing technical skills within the team

Required Skills & Experience

• 2+ years of .NET / C# development experience
• Experience building or supporting APIs and backend services
• Experience working with system integrations or connecting applications to other platforms
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub, Jenkins, etc.)
• Experience supporting applications in production environments (basic troubleshooting, debugging)
• Foundational understanding of system design and scalability concepts
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn and take ownership of tasks
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical and business teams

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Exposure to contact center technologies or dialer platforms
• Experience with NICE (CXone or similar)
• Exposure to AI or automation concepts within applications
• Familiarity with event-driven architecture or messaging systems
• Cloud exposure (AWS or similar)
Background in financial services or insurance
