Loss Time Adjuster

Job Description
A customer of Insight Global is looking to onboard a Loss Time Adjuster due to a temporary leave of absence on their team. This person handles workplace injury claims for employees in Tennessee. They make sure claims are reviewed properly, benefits are paid when needed, and everything follows state rules.

Day to Day
- Manage medical claims
- Review claims and decide if they should be approved
- Estimate cost of claim and track it
- Document medical records
- Be able to summarize objective assessment plans
- Follow up on office visits
- Follow up on medical records and investigate any discrepancies
- Make sure injured employees receive the right pay and medical support
- Make sure all claims are handled according to TN state rules!
- Process TPD (temporary partial disability) TTD (temporary total disability) PPD (permanent partial disability) PTD (permanent total disability)

Must Haves
- 2+ years of lost time adjuster experience in TN
- Sit EST time zone
- Familiar with outlook
