Schedule: Contract (potential for extension/conversion) | Eastern / Central Time
We are seeking a highly experienced Client Service Associate (CSA) to support a fast-paced wealth management environment serving ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) and family office clients. This is a hands-on role requiring strong custodial knowledge (Schwab and/or Fidelity), exceptional attention to detail, and a “white glove” client service mindset.
This individual will act as a key partner to advisors and the broader client service team, helping manage critical operational workflows, client requests, and onboarding efforts.

Required Skills & Experience
- 3-7+ years of Client Service Associate experience in wealth management
- Strong experience supporting UHNW clients, RIAs, or family office environments
- Hands-on experience with Schwab and/or Fidelity custodial platforms
Deep understanding of:
- Account types (trusts, retirement, brokerage, etc.)
- Account opening and transfer processes
- Money movement workflows
- Comfortable working in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills with a polished, client-facing demeanor
- Experience handling sensitive client information with discretion
