Right of Way & Construction Project Manager (Real Estate Group)
Overview
We are seeking an experienced Right of Way & Construction Project Manager to support large-scale transmission projects within our Real Estate group. This individual will manage right-of-way acquisition efforts and oversee construction-related activities, working closely with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure projects stay on track. This role requires someone who can step in immediately and drive progress on active projects.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Manage right-of-way (ROW) efforts for transmission projects from planning through execution
Oversee external vendors, including ROW agents and construction partners
Lead project coordination meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders
Direct daily project activities, including tracking progress, resolving issues, and adjusting timelines as needed
Communicate consistently via email and meetings to address evolving project situations
Ensure alignment between real estate, construction, and project teams
Requirements
Experience managing transmission or utility infrastructure projects
Background in right-of-way acquisition and/or working with ROW agents
Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple vendors
Excellent communication skills and ability to lead meetings and drive outcomes
Ability to hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment

5+ years as a project manager within this field
