Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a ThermoDrive Material Handling Lead to support a day shift operation. This role will lead daily production activities, ensure a safe and efficient work environment, coordinate workflow, and support team performance. Day to day, this individual will oversee production personnel, troubleshoot operational issues, and keep workstreams on track to meet daily goals. The Lead will also coach and develop employees while driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall performance and efficiency.
Compensation:
$50,000 to $52,000 per year annual salary.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 3+ years of experience in a supervisory or lead role within a production or material handling environment
Strong technical and mechanical aptitude, with the ability to troubleshoot operational issues
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency with MS Office applications
Strong attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Ability to work independently with a high level of accountability and ownership
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Ability to lift up to 50lbs and perform essential physical job functions
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Technology, Engineering, or a related field
Experience with Oracle or similar ERP systems
Background in production, materials management, or warehousing environments
Demonstrated success implementing process improvements
Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or 6S methodologies
Experience with RF scanners and inventory tracking systems
