We are seeking skilled Industrial Maintenance Technicians to join a growing team supporting both production equipment and facility maintenance. Required Skills & Experience
• 3–5 years of industrial maintenance experience
• Strong mechanical aptitude (gearboxes, conveyors, pumps, etc.)
• Experience troubleshooting mechanical failures independently
• Knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics
• Basic electrical skills (motors, sensors, LOTO — no PLC work required)
• Welding and fabrication experience preferred
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and follow maintenance procedures
