Key Responsibilities
• Partner with senior leaders (including VP-level stakeholders) to define and advance strategic initiatives across software and SaaS business lines
• Lead high-impact, loosely defined projects such as:
o AI and software monetization strategies
o SaaS pricing and packaging models
o platform and subscription growth initiatives
• Translate complex business and technical challenges into clear execution plans, milestones, and deliverables
• Drive alignment across product, engineering, go-to-market, and operations teams
• Identify opportunities to scale software revenue through:
o subscription models
o platform ecosystems
o digital and data-driven offerings
• Build executive-ready presentations and strategy materials for leadership decision-making (e.g., product strategy, investment decisions, market positioning)
• Act as a central connector across teams to remove blockers, accelerate progress, and ensure execution
• Proactively identify gaps in strategy, process, or execution and implement solutions
• Influence stakeholders and drive outcomes without direct authority

Required Skills & Experience
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior leaders in a technology organization
• Proven experience in strategic planning within a software, SaaS, or digital product environment
• Deep understanding of:
o SaaS business models (subscription, ARR, retention, pricing strategies)
o software product lifecycle and go-to-market dynamics
• Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written), including executive-level presentation development
• Demonstrated experience in program management and driving execution across cross-functional teams
• Ability to connect business strategy with technical execution (product, engineering, data)
• Highly collaborative with strong stakeholder management skills across global teams
• Strong problem-solving mindset with a bias toward action and ownership
