Day-to-Day Overview:
A client in the Cincinnati market is seeking a full-time Service Associate to join a fast-paced, supportive environment where both employees and customers come first. This role is 100% inbound—there is absolutely no cold calling required. All interactions are with existing or prospective clients who are reaching out directly, allowing you to focus on delivering great service rather than sourcing leads.
The company provides comprehensive, paid training (10–12 weeks) that includes hands-on coaching, licensing preparation, and ongoing development. They fully cover the cost of obtaining your Life & Health Insurance license, including all study materials and exam fees—no out-of-pocket expense required.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle high-volume, inbound customer service and sales calls supporting a nationally recognized brand
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products through cross-selling and up-selling
Deliver strong customer experiences while meeting or exceeding contact center performance metrics
Participate in structured training and ongoing development opportunities
Additional Details:
No cold calling – all calls are inbound
Compensation is salary-based with opportunities for commission or spot awards
