Job Description
Insight Global is seeking an experienced Network Administrator to join their client in Norwood, OH. In this role, you will work with a modest IT team to support daily Network and Cybersecurity operations.
The office consists of 44 members, that will require deskside support, and local remote support around the office. Ideal candidates will have 3+ years of experience with Firewalls, VPN's, APN's and robust cybersecurity systems.
Duties and responsibilities:
• Set up and maintain network infrastructure, servers, hardware, and operating systems
• Monitor network traffic, performance, and logs
• Diagnoses and resolves connectivity problems for end-users and network equipment
• Perform regular backups, apply updates, manage data recovery and provide technical support to staff
• Protect networks firewalls, VPNs, APNs, security audits, and manages user permissions
• Performs other duties as assigned

Required Skills & Experience
- Experience with FortiGate Firewall systems.
- Either the Cisco Certified Network Associate or the CompTIA Network certifications.
- Microsoft Windows Server Administrator Certification
- Experience with VPN's and APN's
- 3+ years of Professional experience as a Network Admin/Engineer
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Experience within local, state, or federal work environments
- Basic understanding of the Structured Query Language
