Job Description
A client in the Cincinnati, OH market is seeking a Concrete Finishing Foreman for a top construction client supporting large-scale flatwork projects across the Midwest and Kentucky region. This individual will take ownership of concrete finishing operations from pour through final finish, leading crews in the field while maintaining high standards for safety, quality, and productivity. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys travel to regional job sites, and brings deep expertise in flat concrete finishing and crew leadership.
Day-to-Day:
- Lead and supervise a crew dedicated to concrete finishing
- Oversee placing, pouring, and finishing of flat concrete work
- Operate and manage concrete finishing equipment
- Ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and to quality standards
- Travel to regional job sites as required
- Read plans, complete daily reporting, and assist with scheduling

Required Skills & Experience
- 5–10+ years of experience on flat concrete projects
- 3+ years of experience leading a concrete finishing crew
- Hands-on experience with place, pour, and finish operations
- Experience operating walk-behind and ride-on trowel machines
- OSHA 30 certification (or ability to obtain quickly)
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Experience on data center or warehouse concrete projects
- Flatwork-specific certifications
- Autodesk
- Clean driving record
