Secret F35 Program Manager

An employer in the Dayton, Ohio area is seeking a Secret-cleared F 35 Program Manager for a direct hire opportunity. This individual will play a key role in supporting low-observable (LO) maintenance, sustainment, and transition strategies for the F 35 program. They will serve as a critical liaison between government, industry, and international partners, ensuring alignment across operational, acquisition, and maintenance efforts. The ideal candidate will bring experience with F 35 programs, a strong understanding of sustainment workflows, and familiarity with cost-sharing models to help drive program success and long-term mission readiness. Must have an active Secret security clearance and sit on site 5 days a week.

Active Secret security clearance
5+ years of experience working with the Joint Program Office (JPO)
5+ years of experience in program management including execution of cost shared contracts
Ability to brief U.S. Services and F-35 partners on cost sharing requirements, initiate Procurement Initiation Documents, use the Comprehensive Cost and Requirements System, and manage cost sharing financial processes
Experience managing or assessing requirements, contractor cost, schedule, and performance, and program documentation, risk, strategy, and acquisition planning
Experience in DoD acquisition or sustainment

Experience with F-35 LO sustainment, maintenance, and capability across depots, commercial sites, and international locations
Experience in DoD acquisition or sustainment
Experience with international coordination and technology disclosure processes
Experience with Autonomic Logistics Information System or Autonomic Logistics Product Data, Functional Requirements Document, Sustainment Activation Management Plan, and site activation documentation
Knowledge of DoD Automated Test Systems integration and Systems Engineering or Automatic Test Equipment requirements
Ability to assess and integrate technology insertion into DoD infrastructure
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
