Job Description
We’re looking for a technology‑forward, hands‑on leader who enjoys building, improving, and supporting business systems — and who can clearly connect technology to real business outcomes.
This role suits a self‑starter who is comfortable working with minimal direction, can explain technical solutions to non‑technical stakeholders, and enjoys getting things done. You’ll lead a small team, but you’ll also stay close to the technology, owning application development, integrations, continuous improvement, and day‑to‑day system support.
At its core, this is a role for a techy who can talk to the business and loves delivery.
What You’ll Be Doing Day to Day
Drive continuous improvement across applications, integrations, data loads, and business processes
Design, build, and improve internal web applications, tools, and system integrations
Translate business requirements into practical, scalable technical solutions
Identify new initiatives, scope projects, and determine how they fit into the wider enterprise landscape
React and adapt to changing priorities in a fast‑moving environment
Provide hands‑on support:
Help colleagues understand system behaviour
Respond to data questions
Debug issues and optimise system performance
Build strong working relationships across the business, becoming a trusted technology partner
Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and service excellence
Lead and develop a small team while remaining actively hands‑on yourself
