Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager for a top financial services client. This individual will own and drive the organization’s full talent acquisition strategy, leading a team of recruiters while partnering closely with senior leaders across the business. The ideal candidate will bring a strategic mindset, strong leadership capabilities, and hands-on recruiting expertise to build sustainable talent pipelines, elevate employer branding, and ensure a compliant, efficient, and scalable hiring process across a large enterprise environment.
Day to Day:
- Develop and execute the overall Talent Acquisition strategy in partnership with senior leaders
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of recruitment professionals
- Build and maintain pipelines of qualified candidates for current and future needs
- Own and continuously improve TA processes, metrics, and reporting
- Manage employer branding, social media, and community recruiting efforts
- Design and optimize sourcing strategies and recruitment channel selection
- Oversee campus recruiting and recruiting events
- Conduct interviews for key and leadership roles
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies
- Manage recruitment vendors and propose new vendor partnerships
- Monitor and reduce recruitment-related costs
- Act as a subject-matter expert for TA across the organization

Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- 10+ years of recruiting experience as a TA
- Proven experience developing and executing TA strategy
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Leadership and people management experience
- Job interviewing and selection expertise
- Analytical and reporting skills
- Social media and employer branding knowledge
- Working knowledge of employment and labor laws
- Experience managing recruitment processes and HRIS content
- Previous experience with TA in the Finance or Banking Industry
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Master’s degree
- Experience supporting large, enterprise-level organizations
- Vendor management and RFP experience
- Campus recruiting strategy experience
