• High School Diploma or GED
• Associate’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Network Engineering or related field from an accredited college, university or vocational school
• 3+ years of full-time paid experience in network engineering
• Strong communication, documentation ability, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Able to work in teams
• Must be able to lift and carry a minimum of thirty pounds
• Valid State of Ohio Driver’s License
Salary: $75,000-$90,000

Required Skills & Experience
• Bachelor's degree
• Strong preference for experience with ISE and Mariachi
• Strong knowledge of networking protocols and technologies, such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, OSPF, BGP, and MPLS
• Experience with network hardware, including routers, switches, and firewalls from vendors such as Cisco, Palo Alto
• Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP or equivalent
• Basic knowledge of network security (firewalls, NSGs, VPNs, segmentation)
• Proficiency in network monitoring and management tools such as SolarWinds
• Solid understanding of network security principles and best practices

Insight Global is seeking a Network Analyst to work in Cleveland, OH! Under direction of the IT Network Manager, this person will support and triage network and firewall infrastructure across a local government. The Network Analyst will design, implement and maintain network infrastructure and wireless networks. They will also conduct network assessments and audits to identify potential issues and areas for improvement.
Additionally, this individual will monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal functionality and minimal downtime. They will implement and manage network security measures and assist in the development of network policies and procedures to ensure compliance with best practices and requirements.
