Job Description
This role will own end‑to‑end delivery of T&A initiatives, with a strong preference for candidates who have led implementations of UKG Workforce Central (WFC) and/or UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM).
The Senior PM will serve as the primary delivery lead, coordinating across HR, Payroll, IT, integration partners, and vendors to ensure accurate time capture, compliance, payroll readiness, and scalable workforce operations in a complex, global environment.

Required Skills & Experience
8+ years of Project Management experience delivering large, integrated enterprise systems.
Proven hands‑on experience leading Time & Attendance (T&A) implementations.
Strong experience with UKG Workforce Central (WFC) and/or UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM).
Demonstrated success managing payroll‑adjacent systems and time‑sensitive workforce processes.
Experience coordinating cross‑functional teams across HR, IT, Payroll, and external vendors.
Strong executive‑level communication, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to operate effectively in a global, matrixed enterprise environment.
