his role goes beyond traditional project execution and will be responsible for driving outcomes across multiple technologies, teams, and senior stakeholders. The ideal candidate is a self‑directed leader who operates with minimal oversight, takes full ownership of delivery, and can effectively resolve conflicts, remove blockers, and align IT leaders around a single, holistic program plan.
The Program Manager will partner closely with a US‑based PM and senior IT leadership to ensure global coverage, strong governance, and consistent execution across geographies.
Key Responsibilities
Provide end‑to‑end program leadership for a complex IT initiative spanning IDM, integrations, and data delivery
Develop and maintain a holistic, integrated program plan, working closely with IT leaders across multiple domains
Drive alignment across multiple project teams, technologies, and stakeholders, ensuring shared priorities and outcomes
Partner with a US‑based PM to ensure 24x7 global delivery coverage and seamless coordination across time zones
Own program‑level planning, execution, governance, and cross‑workstream dependency management
Proactively identify, escalate, and resolve risks, conflicts, and delivery issues before they impact outcomes
Provide clear, concise communication to senior leadership, including program status, risks, and decision points
Establish strong execution cadence, accountability, and delivery discipline across the program
Operate effectively in a fast‑paced, high‑visibility environment with evolving priorities

Required Skills & Experience
12+ years of experience leading large‑scale enterprise IT programs, not just individual projects
Demonstrated success driving complex programs across multiple teams, technologies, and stakeholders
Strong ability to work independently, take ownership, and operate with limited direction
Proven experience managing and resolving conflict, driving alignment, and influencing senior leaders
Experience building end‑to‑end integrated program plans in partnership with IT and business leadership
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
Strong understanding of program governance, dependency management, and delivery execution
Experience working in Agile, hybrid, or enterprise delivery environments
Familiarity with Jira for tracking, reporting, and delivery transparency is a plus
