Job Description

Seeking an experienced Oracle ERP Techno-Functional professional with deep expertise in Oracle ERP and SCM (R12 and Fusion APPS) implementations. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience across integration development, RICE components, project execution, and team management, with the ability to support projects deployments through all phases of the the project, including Hypercare support.

Required Skills & Experience

10+ years of experience with Oracle ERP, preferably in a techno-functional role.
3+ years of hands-on experience implementing and deploying Oracle ERP and SCM Cloud (SaaS) solutions.
Strong experience with RICE object development and implementation.
Proven expertise in integration development, especially using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or similar platforms.
Experience managing and leading ERP project resources and teams.
Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
Strong understanding of project lifecycle and execution planning.
Experience working in complex, multi-system enterprise environments.
Experience supporting Hypercare and stabilization phases post go-live.
Utilizing JIRA or similar project management tools.
