Job Description
Our client is seeking a senior‑level Enterprise Architect with deep C#/.NET and Azure expertise to provide technical leadership across application development, cloud, integrations, and continuous delivery. This role sits above the Staff Engineer III level and is intended for someone who understands the full enterprise technology stack — from application architecture to infrastructure, networking, security, and CI/CD — and can confidently lead teams, drive alignment, and command technical conversations. The ideal candidate blends hands‑on engineering credibility with enterprise‑scale architectural ownership and strong leadership presence.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and guide enterprise‑level architecture decisions across applications, integrations, and platforms.
- Design solutions that consider application, integration, infrastructure, security, and networking layers.
- Provide technical and architectural leadership for APIs, batch jobs, and automation.
Act as a senior technical authority for the Continuous Delivery team.
- Answer and resolve complex architectural and engineering questions across teams.
- Define and guide enterprise integration strategy (DAO, CRM, MuleSoft, APIs, automation).
- Partner closely with development, architecture, infrastructure, and security teams.
- Drive alignment, resolve ambiguity, and clearly establish technical ownership.
- Lead technical discussions and reviews; ensure scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions
Influence CI/CD pipelines, delivery practices, and DevOps standards.
- Ensure architectural designs align with enterprise standards and long‑term strategy.

Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of experience with strong expertise in C#, .NET, and enterprise application development.
- Solid hands‑on experience with Microsoft Azure.
- Proven experience operating at an Enterprise Architect or Solution Architect level.
- Deep understanding of end‑to‑end architecture, including: Application architecture, Cloud and infrastructure, Networking, security, firewalls, CI/CD and DevOps practices.
- Strong experience with API design, integrations, and batch processing.
- Experience leading or heavily influencing continuous delivery teams.
- Ability to direct teams, set ownership, and drive decisions.
- Strong communication skills with the confidence to lead calls, speak up, and command discussions.
- Ability to translate and collaborate across development, architecture, infrastructure, and security.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Financial services or banking industry experience.
- Experience with enterprise integrations involving DAO, CRM platforms, MuleSoft, and automation tools.
- Background modernizing or stabilizing complex, legacy enterprise environments.
- Prior experience leading architecture across multiple teams or domains.
- Experience balancing hands‑on engineering with high‑level architectural oversight.
