Job Description

Insight Global is seeking an Executive Sales Manager (Healthcare Software) to lead enterprise healthcare sales initiatives for a growing technology organization focused on expanding its footprint across healthcare and behavioral health markets. This individual will own the full sales lifecycle, drive ARR growth, and act as a subject matter expert across healthcare IT solutions including SaaS, cloud, and enterprise platforms. The role requires deep knowledge of the U.S. healthcare ecosystem, strong executive presence, and the ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales environments. This is a highly autonomous, travel-heavy role ideal for a senior sales leader looking to build and lead a new healthcare sales function.

Day-to-Day:
• Drive ARR growth through new customer acquisition, renewals, and account expansion
• Lead enterprise-level healthcare software sales initiatives
• Manage long, complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
• Act as a trusted advisor / SME to healthcare clients
• Conduct solution demos, pricing discussions, proposals, and contract negotiations
• Build relationships across:
○ Hospitals
○ Behavioral health organizations
○ Government and public-sector healthcare entities
• Partner cross-functionally with:
○ Marketing
○ Product / Implementation
○ Customer Success
• Represent Netlink at:
○ Conferences
○ Industry events
○ Executive forums and webinars
• Stay current on:
○ Healthcare regulations (HIPAA, CMS, HITECH)
○ Market and competitor trends

Required Skills & Experience

• 9–15 years of B2B technology sales experience
• 5–10 years in a senior, customer-facing or leadership role
• Proven history of exceeding revenue quotas
○ Managing $5M+ annual portfolio / ARR responsibility
• Full sales cycle ownership
• Proven success selling complex IT solutions, including:
○ SaaS platforms
○ Enterprise software (CRM, ERP, EHR/EMR)
○ Cloud infrastructure
• Healthcare subject matter expertise — must confidently speak to:
○ Hospital systems, urgent care, and integrated delivery networks
○ Medicaid / Medicare-driven environments
○ Value-based care frameworks
• Strong technical acumen, including:
○ Ability to translate technical concepts to executive stakeholders
○ Understanding of data center infrastructure
• Comfortable with 75% travel (multi-state + international)
Ability to work independently in a remote, high-autonomy role

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Prior experience selling into:
○ Behavioral health
○ Public health or government-funded healthcare programs
• Experience navigating:
○ State agencies
○ Public-sector procurement
○ RFP processes
• Existing relationships with healthcare executives (CIO, CFO, CMO, CEO)
• Exposure to interoperability standards and healthcare data exchange
Prior work in environments tied to Medicaid/Medicare-funded systems
