A top manufacturing client of ours is seeking a hands‑on B2B Integrations Developer/Analyst to support an ongoing migration initiative. This role supports customer‑facing B2B platforms, including mapping data and engaging with business and technical stakeholders. Responsibilities include reviewing incoming requests, creating mapping tools within the Cargo system, building queries and configurations, and performing QA work to summarize and compare data.
• Role split: ~70% Analyst / ~30% Developer
The team operates in a fast‑paced, agile environment:
• 7‑day sprints
• Regular ticketing and backlog review calls
• Highly collaborative, group‑oriented culture
Key Responsibilities
• Analyst / Developer with BizTalk background
• Development and analysis work supporting new middleware integrations
• Experience with ChainNow and Java programming
• Strong focus on both development AND analysis
• Migration has been ongoing since last year

Required Skills & Experience
• At least 5 years of experience with a mix of development and analysis
• Strong EDI skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science OR 6+ years of equivalent experience
• Experience with CSV and XML EDI APIs
○ More focus on the analyst side with frequent interaction with customers and stakeholders
• SQL experience
• BizTalk middleware experience
Strong communication skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Logistics or retail experience (logistics background preferred)
• Redeploy experience
