Job Description
An employer in the Dayton, OH area is seeking a Model Based System Engineer to join their team as a direct hire employee. In this role, the Model Based System Engineer will be responsible for developing transition soluitions for migrating legacy SysML 1.0 and 2.0 and refining SysML reference designs, system models and supporting analytic needs. Additionally, they will research and develop strategies for SysML integration with AI, including modeling AI decision-making processes and ensuring traceability. They will be helping to ensure the company is advancing, building and maintaining system models. This is a critical role for the client.

Required Skills & Experience
2-10+ years of experience (will take any skill level for this, just need an MBSE individual on the team)
SysML or Cameo experience
Experience building secure software solutions and developing cloud-native applications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree- depending on skill level
Active Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Certified Scrum Master
Kubernetes certifications
