Job Description:

An Architecture Project Manager will lead architectural projects ranging from $1M to $400M in construction value, managing work from project kickoff through closeout. This role works closely with a collaborative team of 10–12 professionals, including architects, interiors, and design technicians. Responsibilities include coordinating project schedules, some designing, managing scope and budgets, and ensuring high-quality design delivery. The Project Manager will also develop proposals and cost estimates while designing for projects. The role is 75% design, 25% client facing.

Day to Day:

• Manage architectural projects from kickoff through completion, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget alignment
• Coordinate daily with architects, interiors, and design technicians to keep deliverables on track
• Review drawings, schedules, and project documentation for quality and compliance
• Develop and refine proposals, cost estimates, and project plans
• Communicate with clients and internal stakeholders on progress, risks, and next steps
Work with design team using BIM, Revit, etc.

Required Skills & Experience

Must Haves:

Registered Architect
Experience with design systems: BIM, Revit, etc.
5 years of Project Management experience
10-15 years of experience with Architecture
