Industrial Engineer

Short-Term Industrial Engineer (4-6 Weeks) We are seeking a skilled Industrial Engineer for a short-term project (4-6 weeks) to support critical operational needs. This role is 100% on-site at our Cincinnati plant and requires someone who can hit the ground running, work independently, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities: • Analyze demand, design efficient processes (standard work), and develop optimized layouts to support operational goals. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of solutions. • Quickly assess current operations, identify opportunities for improvement, and deliver actionable results within tight timelines. • Embody our core values of integrity, velocity, and teamwork in all aspects of the role.

• Proven experience in process design, layout optimization, and standard work creation within a manufacturing environment. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
