Job Description

As a Staff Engineer III, you will provide advanced expertise in a suite of technical tools and products within a primary domain and contribute across related domains. You will identify development and support needs, own significant design responsibilities (including CI/CD and architectural considerations), and play a key role in driving technical quality and delivery. You will actively mentor engineers, lead complex technical initiatives, and collaborate closely with cross functional partners to ensure solutions align with business goals.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 9+ years of experience in full stack web development with a strong focus on the .NET framework.
• Advanced expertise in C# and ASP.NET.
• Strong experience with front end technologies such as Angular, React, TypeScript, REST, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Expert level SQL Server skills.
• Experience with API design and development.
• Experience with source control and CI/CD tools (e.g., Git, Azure DevOps).
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Strong problem solving skills and experience contributing to system design and architecture
• Proven ability to mentor engineers and lead technical initiatives.
• Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Experience with MS Azure technologies and infrastructure.
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Financial Services or Banking.
• Experience with low code / no code or workflow technologies.
• Prior technical leadership experience across multiple teams.
