Job Description

The Payroll Analyst leads complex payroll operations and analytical initiatives, serving as a critical owner of high‑volume payroll execution, data integrity, and compliance in a multi‑state, multi‑company environment. This role acts as a escalation point for payroll issues, drives end‑to‑end payroll processing and audits, and partners across the enterprise to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant pay delivery.
This position requires deep ADP experience, strong analytical and Excel capabilities, and a proven ability to independently design, execute, and maintain payroll processes at a SOX‑compliant control level. The Payroll Analyst champions continuous improvement, operational excellence, and transparency through data, metrics, and reporting.

Required Skills & Experience

· Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience Required
· CPP or FPC certification Preferred
· 4–6 years of payroll experience in a high‑volume, multi‑state environment Required
· Strong hands‑on experience with ADP payroll systems Required
