Job Description
Our client in the greater Cleveland area is seeking an Entry-Level Pricing Analytics Analyst to support a high-impact initiative. This role will work closely with senior leadership and the Advisor Operations team to analyze Salesforce data, validate actions, and deliver insights that drive advisor accountability and incentive outcomes.
This is an excellent opportunity for a recent college graduate with a degree in Mathematics, Analytics, Economics, or a related field who has taken data-focused coursework and enjoys working hands-on with Excel, data validation, and trend analysis.
You will support a firmwide project by transforming Salesforce data into clear insights that help leadership understand progress, accuracy, and impact.
Key responsibilities include:
• Extracting reports from Salesforce and analyzing data in Excel
• Comparing current activity against baseline spreadsheets
• Identifying trends, inconsistencies, and data gaps
• Performing audit-style reviews to confirm changes were correctly applied
• Building and maintaining Excel-based analysis (pivot tables, comparisons, summaries)
• Supporting year-end incentive validation, including:
○ Calculating incremental value generated by advisors
○ Validating Salesforce data used to justify incentive payouts
• Documenting repeatable processes (audit steps, reporting workflows, validation logic)
• Presenting findings and insights to leadership

Required Skills & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Analytics, Economics, Finance, Data Science, or similar
• Coursework in data analysis, statistics, or analytics
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, comparisons)
• Comfort working with large datasets and validating accuracy
• Ability to document processes clearly and thoroughly
• Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Exposure to Salesforce or CRM reporting (academic or internship experience is fine)
• Internship, capstone, or project experience involving data analysis
• Interest in financial services or pricing analytics
