Job Description

An employer is seeking a Project Safety Manager for a direct hire opportunity in the Columbus, OH area. This candidate will support interior and tenant improvement projects across complex facilities, including hospitals and data centers. This role is responsible for driving a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance, and partnering with project teams to proactively mitigate risk throughout all phases of construction.
The ideal candidate brings hands-on safety leadership experience within interior buildouts and occupied or mission-critical environments.

Required Skills & Experience

Bilingual
3-10 years in safety construction
Experience with
- Tenant Improvement (TI)
- Interiors
- Data Centers/ Hospitals (Mission Critical Spaces)
Solid knowledge of OSHA standards and construction safety best practices

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Strong leadership presence
Experience overseeing $5–$100-million-dollar projects
