Job Description

A client of Insight Global is looking to bring a customer service rep on to the team. You will be a key member on the centralized support services team to deliver a great experience to clients via telephone and email. You will work in a team environment to assist clients with account information, place trades, and other service-oriented transactions. This position will require you to develop an expertise on policies and procedures, assist with escalated issues, and problem resolution. In addition, you will learn a broad view of brokerage operations. Estimated pay 18-20/hr

Required Skills & Experience

- High school diploma
- 2+ years of experience in the financial industry
- Previous brokerage/investment knowledge or comparable experience
- Excellent telephone communication skills and articulation of speech, displaying a high level of professionalism
- Strong customer focus and active listening skills
- Familiarity with investment acumen, including investment products, Individual Retirement Accounts (IRAs) preferred Attention to detail
- Experience working in call center environment preferred

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- State Life and Health, Series 7, and Series 63 certifications
