Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the execution of mission critical data center projects with a strong focus on MEP systems. This role is responsible for managing projects from preconstruction through commissioning and closeout, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, safety, and quality objectives are met. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience delivering complex electrical and mechanical infrastructure in live or greenfield data center environments.
Key Responsibilities
Project Execution & Delivery
• Manage multiple data center MEP projects from award through turnover, including design coordination, procurement, construction, commissioning, and closeout
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, GC partners, design teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders
• Develop and maintain project execution plans, schedules, budgets, and staffing plans
• Ensure strict adherence to contract scope, change management processes, and commercial terms
MEP Scope Management
• Oversee installation and integration of critical MEP systems including:
o Electrical distribution (utility, switchgear, UPS, generators, PDUs)
o Mechanical systems (chillers, CRAHs/CRACs, cooling towers, piping)
o Fire protection and life safety systems
o BMS/EPMS integration and controls
• Coordinate design reviews to ensure constructability, sequencing, and compliance with data center standards and redundancy requirements

Pay Rate: 62/hr

Required Skills & Experience

• Data center/MEP experience supporting hyperscale, colocation, or enterprise clients
• Experience with design-build or EPC delivery models
• Familiarity with commissioning processes and Tier-level or redundancy concepts

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• PMP, PE, or equivalent professional certification
• Experience working in live data center or phased construction environments
