Project Manager - Finance Focus

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead cross functional initiatives that support broader enterprise finance operations. This role requires someone who can operate confidently in a large scale environment, partner with senior stakeholders, and drive projects that improve financial processes, systems, and business outcomes.
• Manage finance focused projects across Payroll, AP, AR, and related business functions
• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of initiatives within an enterprise environment
• Partner with finance leaders and cross functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into actionable project plans
• Present project updates, risks, and recommendations to senior stakeholders
• Ensure alignment across teams, maintain timelines, and drive accountability
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve financial operations

• 3–7 years of project management experience
• Experience working in enterprise level environments
• Strong understanding of Payroll, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable processes
• Comfortable presenting to and partnering with senior stakeholders

• PMP, CAPM, or other project management certifications
• Strong data literacy and ability to interpret financial or operational data
