Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Communications Lead for a contract opportunity with their largest Medical Device client. This individual will lead the communications and change management strategy for the organization’s commercial content operations transformation project commercial content to deliver high-impact, compliant content at scale. This individual will work in close collaboration with the program DRI and the capability execution leader. This role provides strategic direction for communications and coordinates all change initiatives across MedTech, business units, and individual stakeholder groups.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive communications strategy aligned with Project Simplify goals, working with agency partner to deliver a robust campaign that embedding new content disciplines and culture.
- Partner with the capability execution leader to execute a unified change management approach.
- Lead executive communications, stakeholder engagement, and change management activities across the program.
- Provide final approval on all communications content to ensure consistency, clarity, and alignment with project objectives.
- Collaborate with workstream leads to seamlessly integrate communications into project plans and deliverables.
Establish and monitor mechanisms for change readiness, stakeholder feedback, and resistance management.

Driving strategy & managing key messaging across various internal channels

-Jira & Confluence (or any Atlassian documentation tools)
-PMP, CSM, and/or SAFe certification
