Job Description

Day to Day:
Insight Global is seeking an experienced Organizational Change Manager (OCM) to support enterprise level transformation initiatives across critical retail systems, including Point of Sale (POS), merchandising, inventory, and supply chain platforms.
This role will lead change management strategy and execution for large scale technology initiatives impacting store operations, field leadership, merchandising, supply chain, corporate teams, and customer facing associates. The OCM will partner closely with IT, Product, Retail Operations, Merchandising, Supply Chain, Training, and Communications teams to ensure successful adoption of new systems and processes while minimizing disruption to store operations and customer experience.
Daily Responsibilities:
• Lead end to end change strategy for enterprise retail system implementations, including impact assessments, integrated change/comms/training plans, and alignment to program milestones.
• Partner closely with business and technology leaders across Retail Ops, Merchandising, Supply Chain, IT, and Field teams to drive readiness, sponsorship, and adoption.
• Design and deliver practical communications and training tailored to store associates, field leadership, and corporate users, in collaboration with Learning & Development.
• Measure, assess, and reinforce adoption through readiness assessments, success metrics, feedback loops, and targeted sustainment strategies before and after go live.
• Embed OCM into program delivery by coordinating with PMO and system integrators across Agile and waterfall models, supporting pilots, phased rollouts, and enterprise deployments.






PRL $65-$70/hr

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years of Organizational Change Management experience, supporting large scale technology or digital transformation initiatives.
• Direct experience conducting OCM for enterprise retail systems, such as POS, merchandising, inventory, supply chain, or store operations platforms.
• Strong understanding of retail operating models, including store environments, field leadership, and corporate retail functions.
• Proven ability to manage change across large, distributed frontline populations.
• Experience developing and executing communication, training, and adoption strategies.
• Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast paced, transformation driven environment.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Retail, multi-brand, and/or store-operations environment experience (change that impacts frontline users).
• Experience supporting multi brand or multi banner retail organizations.
• Familiarity with retail system rollouts (e.g., POS modernization, merchandising platform upgrades, inventory optimization tools).
• Experience working alongside systems integrators or consulting partners.
• Knowledge of formal change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter).
• Experience supporting Agile transformation or product based delivery models.
• Retail industry experience in specialty, luxury, or omnichannel environments.
