Product-Leaning Ownership / Technical Partnership
• Partner closely with Product Owners and engineering teams to translate business goals into executable work.
• Support product ownership activities including requirements clarification, user stories, and backlog readiness.
• Ensure teams clearly understand scope, priorities, and technical implications.
• Serve as the bridge between business intent and technical execution.
Release Management
• Own or coordinate release planning, readiness, validations, approvals, and communications.
• Manage dependencies across teams to ensure smooth, on-time releases.
• Drive release governance, documentation, and cross-team alignment.
• Support post-release activities such as issue coordination and retrospectives.
Data Migration Support
• Coordinate cross-functional planning and execution for data migration initiatives.
• Track dependencies, testing requirements, cutover readiness, and risks.
