Day to Day:
Insight Global is seeking a Fiscal Manager to work in Cleveland, OH. Under general direction, this person will supervise, coordinate, and monitor fiscal operations of a City Division or Department. Daily tasks include preparing budgets and financial statements, along with creating efficiencies in the operations and contract management of the office.
Daily Responsibilities:
• Prepare executive-level reports, analytics, and ad hoc financial insights.
• Lead a team of five individuals to deliver the department mission and goals while ensuring the appropriate qualifications, capability development, and performance management.
• Supervise direct reports and key processes to ensure timely, complete, and accurate work. Review key materials in advance of communication with internal leadership and external stakeholders
• Develop and implement metric-driven processes to improve efficiency, like managing budgets.
• Ensures continuity of department deliverables and results.
PR: $45-$50/hr

Required Skills & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, or relative experience
• 7+ years of experience in an Accounting-related field
• 4+ years of supervisory experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Valid driver’s license
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience working in a municipal government environment
• Sharepoint experience
• Experience with CGI Advantage
• Smartsheets/Excel experience
