Job Description
A large financial organization is seeking a Business Analyst V for a contract position that will work hybrid onsite in Cincinnati Ohio. We are seeking a strong Business Analyst to come in to help with the migration of documents from the FileNet system of an acquired company into the parent company's FileNet repository.
You will be expected to work across dozens of lines of business to analyze document types, categorize and classify the documents, and help the business work through how to organize them. The goal is to create 1 to 1 document types and facilitate a smooth reconciliation process. To be successful in this role you will need strong communication skills and leadership characteristics to help keep the different lines of business organized.

Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
Experience working with ECM platforms such as FileNet, CMOD, OnBase, or similar.
Strong communication and leadership skills
Ability to translate business needs into clear technical requirements
Experience supporting large-scale migrations, system integrations, or platform consolidations.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience with FileNet P8, workflow automation, metadata models, and document taxonomy.
Background in banking, financial services, or compliance-driven environments.
Familiarity with data governance, retention policies, or regulatory document management requirements.
Experience with M&A-related system integrations or consolidations.
